After cleansing, dispense a proper amount of toner to cotton pad and gently wipe across facial area along the skin texture. Or fully soak cotton pad with the toner and apply onto irritated area as a soothing pack. After adjusting skin texture with toner, apply a proper amount to face and gently dap for absorption. Or mix the base makeup product with the lotion in the ratio of 2:1 for glowy skin express.
