Order Processing
Orders placed on weekdays before 2pm (AEST) are dispatched the same day from our Sydney store (Townhall Square, 464-480 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD
- Standard shipping (Australia Post): 2-8 business days depending on location, rates calculated at checkout
- Express shipping: 1-3 business days, rates calculated at checkout
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries including the United States and New Zealand. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Please note international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
All orders receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
