During peak periods, promotional events, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out promptly.

Express Shipping
Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

At the moment, Colorcity offers shipping within Australia only.

📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your parcel anytime through the courier’s website.
❗ Shipping Issues & Lost Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us at info@colorcity.com.au and we’ll happily investigate for you.
For faster resolution, include your order number and tracking details.
🚫 Failed Deliveries / Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may need to charge a re-shipping fee.
