Dispense an appropriate amount onto dry hands. Melt the balm with palms or fingers and then apply on forehead, cheeks, nose and chin. Gently massage the face to melt makeup. Emulsify the balm by adding a few drops of water and then rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water.
