Position the mask around the eyes first, hook the bands behind your ears, then smooth the forehead area in place. Pull the lower wings up toward the eyes and stretch the V-line bands upward from the chin to the top of the head. Press gently for a snug fit and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes.
