Open the pouch and peel off the transparent backing film. Stretch the mask gently 2-3 times to activate it. Position under the chin, looping over both ears for a snug fit, then smooth out any creases. Leave on for 30 minutes to 1 hour (up to 4 hours for intensive care). Discard after use.
